Taylor’s time at Fleet ends

Ebbsfleet United can announce today that Bobby-Joe Taylor has departed the club following the expiry of his contract.

Taylor, 26, signed for the club from Dover Athletic last summer and played 19 times in the abortive 2020/21 campaign, scoring three times – against Welling United, Billericay Town and the memorable winner at home to Hungerford Town.

The wide left-back, who also played for Cambridge United, St Neots Town, Arlesey Town, and Bishop’s Stortford, before spending a season each with Maidstone United, Aldershot Town, Bromley and Dover prior to arriving at Ebbsfleet United, departs the Kuflink Stadium with the very best wishes of all the management and staff at the Fleet.

We thank him for his excellent service in 2020/21 and wish him all the best with his next move.
