Having won three player of the year awards at Tonbridge last season, the centre-back has long been in demand by other clubs and he signed for the Fleet in summer 2025. 

Fielding spent the last four years at Longmead, making almost 150 appearances. Prior to his time in Kent, the Hastings-born player had two years from 2017–19 with his hometown club, following that up with a spell in League Two at Stevenage. 

He has also featured on loan for St Albans City and Braintree Town.
