Ebbsfleet United midfielder Matt Johnson has rejoined former club Bishop’s Stortford on a month’s loan.
The 25-year-old – who played more games than any other squad player last season – has yet to feature for the Fleet this season, other than as an unused substitute against Basingstoke Town.
In common with the loans of Aiden Palmer and Alex Osborn recently, manager Daryl McMahon has agreed another outgoing loan deal to keep his squad fit and prepared for action.
He joined the Fleet from Bishop’s Stortford, where he won numerous player of the year awards, in the summer of 2014 and last year made 37 appearances in all competitions.
