The Fleet are recruiting for matchday hosts and stewards ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Working with the club’s full-time staff catering partners, matchday hosts play an important part in delivering an outstanding day for guests in our hospitality lounge. Applicants must be: 

• Aged 18 and over 
• Be committed to excellence and outstanding customer service
• Given the nature of professional sport, you will be expected to work at weekends and some evenings too.
• Build rapport and relationships with regular and new hospitality guests to gain feedback on their experience

Matchday stewards, aged 18+, should be available to work weekends and other matchdays as requested and be available during the season through to May. Previous experience is not necessary; the main requirement is to have the right approach and attitude to customer service and direction of spectators while maintaining a safe environment for our supporters and visitors.
