Liam Daish drafts in emergency goalkeeper Scott Tynan as a finger injury hits Lance Cronin.

Ebbsfleet United manager Liam Daish has moved swiftly to sign cover for the club’s injured England goalkeeper, Lance Cronin.

Cronin will miss the Fleet’s season opener at home to Northwich Victoria with a finger injury and Daish has drafted in former Barnet and Rushden & Diamonds keeper Scott Tynan to deputise. Twenty-three-year old Tynan has also appeared for Hereford, Telford and Nottingham Forest since starting his career at Wigan Athletic.
