Casey Johnson returns to Fleet duty

Former Ebbsfleet United Academy graduate Casey Johnson has returned to Stonebridge Road and signed first-team forms.

The young striker caught the eye in the club’s first Academy intake under KEH Sports and was part of the side that progressed in the FA Youth Cup and he went on to impress at Redhill and Worthing on loan.

He also made four first-team appearances up to 2015 for the Fleet and was included on the bench in several more first-team fixtures, signing a first-team contract that year. In 2016 he had a spell in the United States at Oklahoma.

Having been training with the first-team for a number of weeks on his return to the UK, Casey will now bolster Fleet’s forward options in the squad.
