The Fleet have signed former Republic of Ireland youth international midfielder Aaron Bolger on loan until the end of the season from St Patrick’s Athletic.

The 24-year-old began his career with Shamrock Rovers where he was named Irish U17 player of the year, earning a loan at Cardiff City where he featured for the Welsh club’s U23s, a move later made permanent.

Bolger returned to Ireland with Shamrock Rovers once more, Longford Town and from 2021-23 Cork City, where he won the First Division title in 2022 and was named in the Team of the Year.

The central midfielder moved on to St Pat’s last year and they finished third in their recently concluded 2024 League of Ireland Premier Division campaign.

Having completed paperwork for his international clearance, we are pleased to welcome Aaron to the Fleet.
