Ebbsfleet United have been drawn away to Maidenhead United in the Emirates FA Cup following today’s Second Qualifying Round draw.

Fellow National League South side Maidenhead are currently 12th in the league having won two, drawn three, and lost two so far this season.

The York Road club, who finished in seventh place, just ahead of the Fleet on goal difference last season, have been regular league opponents of ours this century. Indeed you have to go back to our first ever meeting in 1973 to find the last time we met in a cup tie, when the Magpies won 3-2 at Stonebridge Road at the same stage of the competition.

The match takes place on Saturday, 19th September, with the winners receiving £3,375 and the losers £1,125. Replays are still applicable in the qualifying rounds should games end in a draw.
