‘Q’ was no stranger to the Fleet job on being appointed in December 2023 having previously managed Ebbsfleet Women in 2011. Q’s experience includes time at Dover Ladies before he took charge of Sittingbourne-based side UKP Ladies, where he gained promotion in his first season.
This success led to him working in the National League with Crystal Palace and he spent six years with the Eagles, taking them to their highest league finish, the FA Cup fourth round and also two county finals. He has also worked in men’s football at Lordswood and K Sports.
Former England Colleges goalkeeper who arrived at the Fleet in summer 2024 after departing Billericay Town. Hope has previous experience with Crystal Palace and London City Lionesses after coming through the EDSV Academy and also represented Millwall Lionesses and Crawley Wasps (now Haywards Heath Town) on loan.
A former Aylesford and Gillingham wide midfielder and another player who can count Kent Ladies representation on her CV. Signed from Brighouse Town in the summer of 2022 after returning from University.
A PE teacher in Medway, the versatile former Gillingham player signed for the Fleet in July 2022 and usually occupies a defensive berth. She has also represented Kent Ladies and won the Gills’ young player of the year award in 2017/18.
Defender who signed for the Fleet at the start of 2023, Vicky was previously captain of QPR Women. The Blackpool-born centre-back is composed on the ball and has been playing since the age of eight. She started out at Fleetwood Town, moving to Leicester City aged 11 where she stayed until a move south aged 18 with QPR. While at Fleet, she has also played for Kent.
Appointed club captain in summer 2024, Charley worked her way back to full fitness after suffering a serious injury early in the 2023/24 season. She signed for the Fleet in January 2023 from Crystal Palace. She spent a decade with Charlton before moving to Palace in 2021 where she played in the Women’s Championship. With Charlton, she became the club’s record appearance holder after playing 272 times.
A summer 2024 arrival after returning to the UK from playing in the USA. The defensive/central midfielder started out with Gillingham Girls, progressing through and captaining the academy before making the senior first-team. She represented Kent at U16 level and then aged 17, moved to the US for five years and played in Florida and Iowa.
Signed in November 2022 for the Fleet having previously played for Billericay Town where she won the Women’s National League title. She has also represented Charlton Athletic. Logan has contributed goals since her arrival and is now past double figures for the club.
Niamh joined twin sister Liv at the Fleet in summer 2024. The attacking wing-back/winger started out with Gillingham aged nine, moving into the first-team aged 16. She made the switch when Gills became Chatham Town, departing the club in November 2023 to travel for six months. Now back in England, she will be playing at the Kuflink Stadium for 2024/25 alongside former Chatham teammates Georgia Pearch and Cara Davies.
Forward who went through the Charlton School of Excellence before going to university in Bath. She then moved back locally to play for Tonbridge Angels, Tunbridge Wells where she was captain and Ashford United for the last two seasons before signing for the Fleet in 2024.
Midfielder who previously played with her teammate Logan O’Shea at Billericay Town. She was previously with Charlton Athletic. Maddie has overcome an injury-struck first year with the Fleet in 2022 and has been in great form for the club since.
A product of Gillingham’s academy who broke into senior women’s football aged 16. The Kent county player later joined Thamesview and then Kent Football United. She moved from Gillingham in the summer of 2022. She is now into double figures for goals at the Fleet.
The Fleet’s experienced vice captain arrived at the Kuflink Stadium from Chatham Town in January 2024 where she played in Tier 3. The defender – a fully qualified Sports Therapist away from the pitch – played against Arsenal for Gillingham in the Fourth Round of the FA Cup in 2021 and before that was with Charlton Athletic.
Goalkeeper newly signed in summer 2024 from Chatham Town where she started out in the youth setup of what was then Gillingham Ladies. She progressed into the first-team ranks, playing in Tier 3 as a teenager and also featured against Arsenal in the FA Cup Fourth Round in 2021 alongside Fleet teammate Georgia Pearch.
Former Charlton Athletic and Crystal Palace defender or wide player who moved to the Fleet in October 2022. She has vast experience in the National League with her former clubs.
Defender Aimee played 14 times for West Ham’s U21s in 2022/23 and the full-back was with London City Lionesses last season before a move to the Fleet in summer 2024.
Versatile defender signed from Chatham Town’s academy in summer 2024. Milly was scouted for Millwall at eight before moving to Gillingham six years later. Following Gillingham’s switch to Chatham, Milly went to London City Lionesses before arriving at Chatham in 2023. Last season she played for Tonbridge Angels and Aylesford on loan, for whom she played against the Fleet.
Signed from Ashford United in 2024, where she played against the Fleet last season, she won a league and cup double with the club. She has also captained Canterbury City, played for Barham and represented Kent.
Millie has played most of her football for Sittingbourne, coming up through the age groups and she made her debut for the senior team last season, stepping up for the U16s. She signed for the Fleet in summer 2024.
Pacy attacking player and another new arrival for 2024/25, the 20-year-old is an ex-Fleet U10 player who moved on to Millwall, Enfield Town and Gillingham before spending four years with Charlton Athletic U21s. She also won the Schools Football national final with Kent.
A ball-playing defender or midfielder signed for the 2024/25 season. Originally with Gillingham and with experience of Chelsea’s youth setup, Charlton, Brighton, she also played for Kent Football United (the Fleet’s precursor club) before moving on to Enfield Town in 2021. She played in the Women’s National League for Enfield and has fought back from an ACL injury to full fitness.
Young forward player progressing from the girls’ U16s who reached the Merit Cup Final with the Fleet in 2022/23. Ellie has previously played on loan at Sevenoaks Town.
