The Fleet Women’s League Cup tie v Sport London e Benfica today at the Kuflink Stadium has been cancelled after the opposition were unable to field a squad due to illness and injuries.

As per competition rules, that means the result will be declared a walkover in the Fleet’s favour and Ben Franks’ side will progress to the next round. That takes place on January 7th, with the Fleet drawn away to Saltdean United.

The Fleet Women are due to play against Fulham here at home next Sunday in the league.
