U15s welcome hands-on expertise

Ebbsfleet United’s U15s side had a surprise at training on Thursday night when some visitors dropped in to take their session for the evening.

Fleet boss Dennis Kutrieb, first-team coach Chris Franks and CEO Damian Irvine called in to the boys’ regular session, with Dennis and Chris putting the youth side through their paces.

Both Dennis and Chris previously coached at youth level in Berlin in addition to their senior/first-team duties and they were able to impart valuable technical and practical advice as they guided our U15s through the session.

Fleet’s U15s take part in the Kent Youth League Central Division and the Junior Premier League London Blue Division – they face a double-header this weekend against Willesborough Athletic on Saturday and then Danson Sports on Sunday so the Fleet management’s hands-on advice and experience was particularly well-timed for the young squad.

With the Academy’s Harrison Firth, Issa Sidibe, Warren Beattie, Emilio Regini-Moran and Jack Moore all having experienced time with the first-team squad this season, Dennis Kutrieb is equally keen to build a synergy and path to progression that extends throughout the club’s youth age groups.
