FAQs
Can I book a seat?
Season-ticket holders may reserve seats subject to availability for a full season for £35, bookable either online via our ticketing platform or at stadium reception. All other seats in the ground are available on a first-come, first served basis on matchdays. The admission price is the same for all stands, terracing or seating.
How do I purchase tickets?
Visit our ticketing platform here for home and away tickets, with QR codes delivered to your phone. These are scannable on entry from either a printout or your phone screen. Online tickets are on sale up until kick-off.
Tickets are also available on the day (unless otherwise stated for select matches) from our ticketing windows next to stadium reception by cash or card. Turnstiles do not accept transactions so you must have a valid ticket before entering them.
Can I get a carer's ticket?
We are proud to support carers and we offer a complimentary carers ticket on supply of your DLA/PIP entitlement letter. However, we ask that you request a carer’s ticket at least 24 hours before matchday by emailing [email protected] with your proof of entitlement.
We also offer carers’ season tickets to home fans who are eligible. Please contact our office to apply.

Is car-parking available?
There is limited on-site parking available and we recommend parking for the special matchday rate of £3 in Ebbsfleet International Station Car Park C, which is just a short walk from the stadium entrance.
On-site car-park passes cost £120+VAT for the season, entitling supporters to park one vehicle at the Swanscombe End car park but these are strictly limited. Please ring the office on 01474 533796 or email [email protected] to arrange.
Unfortunately we are also limited in space for blue-badge holders but if you require disabled parking on a matchday, please contact our office to enquire about availability on the day.
Do you sell printed programmes?
Yes, our award-winning matchday programme Fleet Review is available for £3 from inside the ground or in the club shop.
You can purchase a year-long programme subscription here and also order individual copies for postage or collection on matchday. To reserve a copy on matchday, either purchase with your ticket online or from our shop here. Programmes must be collected on matchdays from the club shop next to reception BEFORE ENTERING the ground.
