i. From the motorway
Exit the M25 at Junction 2 and take the A2 signposted Canterbury. Leave the A2 at the Northfleet/Gravesend West junction. At roundabout, follow signs to Ebbsfleet International Station/A226 which will take you on to Thamesway and past Ebbsfleet International. The stadium is at the end of the road.
ii. From Gravesend town centre
Follow the one-way system round to the railway station, turning right at the top of the road by the traffic lights. Continue to next set of traffic lefts and take the left turn on to New Road/Overcliffe. Continue straight for about two miles to London Road, then The Hill, then Northfleet High Street and finally past The Hive down to Stonebridge Road. The ground is at the bottom of the hill by the roundabout.

Rail
The nearest stations are Northfleet (take Gravesend service from Charing Cross, Waterloo East and London Bridge) and Ebbsfleet International. From Northfleet, go (more or less) straight ahead until you reach the main road. Turn left, walk to the bottom of the hill and the ground is on your right.
The high-speed rail service from London St Pancras to Ebbsfleet International (15-18 minutes journey time) will also take you to within walking distance of the ground. Proceed through Car Park C and out on to the roundabout where you will see the stadium in front of you.

Bus
The local Arriva service runs the 480 bus service from Gravesend to Temple Hill, Dartford. It starts from Gravesend Garrick Street near to the town’s railway station and stops at Northfleet High Street/The Hive and just before Ebbsfleet Station on Thames Way, all of which are walking distance to the stadium. There is limited space down side streets and Thamesway (between the station and the roundabout outside the stadium) is designated a ‘Clearway’ and any cars parked along there are liable to be ticketed. There is also limited space available in surrounding residential streets.
Car Park C – Ebbsfleet Station
We would encourage all spectators to use Ebbsfleet International Station which offers secure matchday parking in its Car Park C for £3 cash only (valid from 12.30pm). Drive into the left-hand barrier where a steward will issue a ticket to display in your window. (Note that if you get a ticket from the machine instead, you will be charged the full parking rate.)
It is just over five minutes walk from the ground and is the best bet for a parking space in the area. The club strongly advises use of this car park to avoid problems of vandalism or cars being ticketed. Please aid the gate staff by having small change to hand. High-value notes cannot be changed on the premises.
We have bike racks inside the stadium for those of you wishing to lock up bicycles.
Our own on-site car-park has limited space and is available to those with seasonal car-parking tickets. If you hold a disabled/blue badge, we will try to accommodate parking requests for a space here (as capacity allows) but this must be requested at least seven days in advance by emailing [email protected].
Away supporters
Matches at National League level and in cup competitions are segregated at the Kuflink Stadium.
Away fans are allocated a section of the Swanscombe End (see below) standing terrace depending on expected numbers as well as a number of priority seats in the Old Stand. There are no reserved seats and the priority seating arrangement is limited to elderly, disabled, pregnant and other visiting supporters in need of covered seating.
Access is via the turnstiles at the Swanscombe End, situated to the left of the main entrance along Stonebridge Road and then up through the car-park.
Away fans have access to refreshments, hot food, snacks and a bar in the Swanscombe End opening from 1pm for 3pm kick-offs. Our popular Eat Street van will be available for food (hot dogs and burgers) and beverages. Beers on tap include Brewdog, Hofmeister and Iron Pier while our Prosecco bar can be found in the away facility, clearly visible between the standing terrace and seating area. Both non-alcoholic and alcoholic refreshments along with sausage rolls and pasties can also be found in this bar.
Matchday programmes can be purchased and reserved in advance here – you need to collect from the club shop at the main entrance to the stadium before entering the ground.
Prohibited items
The following items must not be brought to the Kuflink Stadium: weapons, narcotics, fireworks/flares and smoke bombs are all banned. Stewards reserve the right to perform bag searches for security reasons. Our full ground regulations can be reviewed here.
The local area
Ebbsfleet International Station is only 18 minutes from London’s St Pancras Station, and Northfleet Station is also within walking distance of the stadium on the Charing Cross Line. The nearest town centre is Gravesend (one stop away on trains from Northfleet or Ebbsfleet) and also a short taxi or bus ride away.
Visiting fans have access to food and bars inside the Kuflink Stadium but the nearest pubs to the ground are The Rose (by Northfleet Station), The Queen’s Head and Ye Olde Leather Bottle (both at the top of Stonebridge Hill along Northfleet High Street).
There is a café opposite the home turnstiles and a Costa Coffee across the road from our Main Reception.
Ground layout
The Kuflink Stadium is laid out as follows (click pic to view full-size):
Our newest stand with 1,000+ seats opened in 2016. The main reception / entrance and club shop are accessed from the roadside. The ground floor contains changing rooms for home and away teams and club offices.
The first floor, accessible by lift and stairs, houses our hospitality area, boardroom, chairman’s suite and is available for event hire. Home fans can use the Main Stand bar on matchdays once inside the ground by accessing the door and stairs at the far (Swanscombe) end of the Main Stand gangway.
Bicycle racks, disabled toilets and a wheelchair bay plus lifts and a tea bar/kiosk can also be found here.
A seated covered stand with capacity for c.500 located behind the goal where home fans congregate, particularly those who like to make a noise! This is the closest stand to the home turnstiles and behind it is our Social Club and food outlet where you can grab drinks and a table.
A small uncovered terrace by the corner of the Plough End for c.200, opposite the Main Stand. Colloquially known as ‘Geeks Corner’ after the MyFootballClub members who favoured the area during the internet venture’s ownership of the Fleet from 2007–13, it’s open to the elements but greatly favoured by a section of the home support.
Constructed in 1914 and remaining virtually unchanged from its heyday, the 600-capacity wooden covered stand has overseen every moment of the Fleet’s existence. The left-hand end of the stand houses priority seating for away supporters while the rest seats home fans and additional media. The Fleet Supporters Trust have an office behind the stand for booking away travel, a members’ bar and is the place to go to pick up any winning 50/50 tickets! Along the front of this stand, on the left-hand side as you face it, is a flat area for wheelchair users.
This long, traditional uncovered terrace is home to away supporters, accessible via the away turnstiles in that corner. Reinforced in 2018 to raise the capacity of the terrace to more than 2,000, it is split and segregated between home and away supporters on matchdays (or may be allocated entirely to away fans depending on expected numbers). Away fans have access to food outlets, popup bars (out of view of the pitch as per regulations) and there is another bar inside the portakabin where programmes may also be purchased).
Home fans wishing to stand at the Swanscombe End must access it via the home turnstiles and then walk along the Main Stand gangway.
There are food vans behind each goal, while home fans can also sample our popular German Food Stall hut located between the Plough End and Main Stand, where there is also a popup bar serving Hofmeister. Popup bars can also be found just behind Geeks Corner and in the corner between the Main Stand and the Swanscombe End. Beers on tap variously include Brewdog, Hofmeister and local Iron Pier brewery beers (per availability).
Between Geeks Corner and the Old Stand is a tea bar/kiosk and another is situated in the Main Stand, beneath the scoreboard.
