Left-sided defender Tom Dallison who joined as a free agent in July 2024.

A tall, ball-playing defender, his early education saw him progress through the Premier League academies of West Ham and Arsenal before he signed his first contract at Brighton & Hove Albion.

He had loan spells with Dartford, Braintree Town, Accrington Stanley, Crawley Town and Cambridge United before a permanent move to Scotland with Falkirk in 2018.

He rejoined Crawley in 2019 and made more than 80 appearances for the Red Devils over three years before Colchester paid a fee for his services in 2022. A further 60+ matches in Essex in the EFL followed until Dallison’s move to the Fleet two years later.
