It’s a double-header at the Kuflink Stadium this Saturday as Dorking Wanderers visit us, followed by the Fleet Women in action against the same opposition’s women’s side at 5:45pm.
Form Guide
While Fleet progressed to Round One of the Emirates FA Cup, Dorking Wanderers were once again eliminated in the final qualifying round, this time by Aldershot Town. Saturday’s visitors currently occupy ninth place in the league table, sitting just two points ahead of the Fleet. Wanderers have recorded four wins, three draws and three defeats so far, scoring 13 goals and conceding 12.
The Fleet remain unbeaten at home this season in all competitions, having kept four clean sheets and conceded just five goals at the Kuflink Stadium. Sitting 14th in the National League South, progress in the FA Cup has meant that several teams around Josh Wright’s side have played additional fixtures.

Head to Head
The most recent fixture between the two sides came at Meadowbank in February 2024 when the Fleet came out on top 4-1. Rakish Bingham scored twice while Luke O’Neill and Dom Samuel also found the back of the net. Dorking’s last visit to the Kuflink Stadium ended in a narrow 1-0 win before that.

Who’s who:
Alfie Rutherford was one of four key signings ahead of the 2020/21 season and is currently the leading goalscorer in this campaign as in previous ones. The striker has featured over 130 times for the side with 67 goals along his way. He has also notably played for Havant & Waterlooville before his spell with Dorking.
Josh Taylor is a versatile midfielder who spent four years in the US on a scholarship as a younger player. He then featured for Sutton United and Havant & Waterlooville before joining Dorking, where he has gone on to feature over 150 times.
Charlie Carter, 28, was made club captain ahead of the 2024/25 season following his arrival from Eastleigh, Carter has also played for the likes of Stevenage, Chesterfield and Woking. Since his arrival at Dorking, the midfielder has played over 70 matches.
