It’s the second of the Fleet’s three away trips in seven days as we take on Chesham United at The Meadow, our first trip there since we took on Aylesbury United at the same ground in the FA Cup in 2021/22. This will be our 13th meeting with Chesham and we last played them away back in 2001.
Form guide
Chesham are unbeaten this calendar year, only dropping points at home to Maidenhead United at the end of January, and have won eight of their last 11. The Generals are eighth following that unbeaten run, just three points outside the play-offs.
Last time out
The Kuflink Stadium fixture in November saw the Fleet take the points with a 2-1 win as Finlay Barnes opened the scoring before Callum Adebiyi levelled before the break. Aaron Cosgrave netted the winner shortly after the restart to secure the three points.

Who’s who

Centre-back and captain Steve Brown joined in 2018 from Potters Bar Town. A tough-tackling, dominant aerial presence, he has made over 120 appearances and captained the side to the 2023/24 Southern Premier League title. He began his career at Oxhey Jets and also played for Northwood before joining the club.
