Following the club’s appeal to the Football Association, which was heard earlier today, goalkeeper Preston Edwards’ red card has been rescinded and he is no longer suspended for Saturday’s game.

Fleet filed an appeal against Edwards’ dismissal at Hayes & Yeading after the referee sent him off for denying a goalscoring opportunity and the club is delighted that our request for a reversal of the decision has been upheld.
