The club has recently worked alongside GD Teen Recruitment in placing local young people in matchday roles in a very positive relationship that has helped evolve our Saturday and Tuesday-evening operations this season.

GD Teen Recruitment is a local social enterprise that strives to make the workplace – and especially the recruitment process – fairer for all young people. The agency has also recently been shortlisted as a finalist for the Recruitment StartUp at this year’s South East StartUp Awards.
