It’s hello to Harrow in the Trophy

Ebbsfleet United have drawn Ryman Premier League side Harrow Borough in the Third Qualifying Round of the Buildbase FA Trophy. The game will be played on Saturday, November 26th at Stonebridge Road.

It’s the fourth successive Ryman Premier Division opposition in a row for the Fleet in cup ties this season, with the Boro currently 21st in the table.

They beat Margate in this season’s FA Cup to reach the First Round and in the Trophy have disposed of Herne Bay and league leaders Needham Market.

Fleet have met Harrow Borough on 14 occasions before this but this will be the first meeting in 14 years, since Fleet won 3-0 in our title-winning Ryman Premier season. We have met Harrow in the Trophy twice before, losing at this stage in 1978 and then being thrashed 5-1 in a replay in 1994/95.
