Ebbsfleet United will kick off this season’s FA Trophy campaign at home to Ryman Premier side Hendon on Saturday, November 29.
The north London club are no strangers to the Fleet, with this being the 17th meeting between the two clubs since 1990 when we first met. Indeed our first two clashes, in 1990 and 1991, were FA Trophy ties, both sides enjoying 3-0 wins on their own ground.
Hendon have progressed to this stage of the competition courtesy of wins over Bury Town and Worthing and sit third in the league behind Margate and Maidstone United. Indeed they are one of only three sides to have defeated Margate this season.
