Defib Supplies have generously donated a defibrillator to the Fleet Women’s team for use in potential life-saving CPR situations and to highlight the Bra Off Defib On (BODO) campaign (see below).

Too many women die from sudden cardiac arrest because they don’t receive CPR or defibrillation. IN fact, women are 27% less likely to have CPR done than men. Why? Lack of knowledge. Fear of legal consequences. Hesitation over touching or exposing boobs. Outdated taboos that stop people from acting. This hesitation is costing lives.
In honour of the recent International Women’s Day, Ebbsfleet United Women, BODO and Defib Supplies are taking action. We’re tackling the stigma, pushing for every women’s team to have a defibrillator and proving that boobs should never be a barrier to survival.
The BODO pledge is proof that women want to be saved. By signing, you’re helping show that when a life is on the line, there’s no time for doubt.
Pledge your support and consent by signing the BODO form here.
