Ebbsfleet United Women can announce the following in regards to the team’s backroom staff.

George Cutting will be Head Coach after he joined the Fleet towards the back end of last season, following his departure from Chatham Town. Joining the coaching team is Becky Merritt as player coach who arrives at the club with vast experience playing for the likes of Crystal Palace, Brighton & Hove Albion and Charlton Athletic.

Stepping up to the captaincy role is Lauren Nicoll. She joined the Fleet midway through last season following spells at Charlton Athletic, ⁠West Ham United and ⁠London City Lionesses
