The Fleet will play National League promotion contenders Forest Green Rovers in Round 4 on January 10th following this afternoon’s Isuzu FA Trophy draw.
Having just beaten Braintree who we last faced in the Trophy in 2014/15, we now meet Robbie Savage’s side who we also met in the competition that same season, winning 1-0 (pictured).

Forest Green are currently second in the National League, one of three teams locked on 46 points. They thrashed Weston 4-0 in the previous round last weekend while they exited the Emirates FA Cup to Luton in Round One after seeing off Worthing 4-1.

The Fleet, with a sixth home cup draw now to look forward to, will be seeking a third National League scalp this season in the cup competition. Forest Green’s last visit to the Kuflink Stadium last season ended in a goalless draw.
This will be our third cup tie against the Nailsworth club, following the aforementioned Trophy meeting in 2014/15 and a Setanta Shield semi-final in 2008/09.
The winners of this round receive £5,250 and the losers get £1,500.
