Fleet unlock Kenlock

Ebbsfleet United are pleased to confirm this afternoon the signing of defender Myles Kenlock.

The Fleet’s newest recruit has played for Ipswich Town in the Championship and Colchester United and Barrow in League Two.

The 26-year-old joined the Ipswich academy in 2014 having been at Crystal Palace while at school and made his debut for the Tractor Boys in the Championship at the end of the 2015/16 season. He went on to make more than 100 appearances for the Portman Road side up to 2022 and subsequently appeared 18 times for Colchester United on loan in 2021/22.

Last season he stayed in League Two at Barrow, ending the campaign with a brief spell at Aldershot Town.

“I’m a hardworking defender and good on the ball and my aim is to keep clean sheets,” Myles told the club website.

The new signing will wear the number 36 shirt.
