Ebbsfleet United are recruiting for a new First-Team Coach (Goalkeeping) to join our ambitious and progressive backroom team following the departure of our previous coach to an EFL club.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven professional to take responsibility for the development and performance of our goalkeepers, working closely with the first-team manager, assistant manager, analysts, and medical and performance staff.

The successful candidate will design and deliver specialised goalkeeping training programmes, contribute to matchday preparation and analysis, and play a key role in maintaining the highest possible performance standards within the First Team environment.
