Fleet kick off at home to Basingstoke

Ebbsfleet United’s 2015/16 campaign will kick-off at home to Basingstoke Town on Saturday, August 8th – giving Daryl McMahon’s side an early opportunity to lay to rest last season’s hoodoo against a team who won all three clashes in the league and FA Cup on their way to the play-offs.

And there will be no let-up in the intensity as Fleet ‘s very next game will be an atmospheric trip to the Gallagher Stadium, Maidstone, in midweek to renew our old rivalry with the Stones, champions of the Ryman League. And it’s a quick turnaround for the reverse fixture, with Fleet playing host to Maidstone on October 3rd.

Our festive-season games will take place against Concord Rangers, with Fleet home on Boxing Day and away on New Year’s Day. The Easter period sees us away at Weston-Super-Mare on the Saturday (March 26th) and taking on Dartford at Stonebridge Road on Easter Monday. The reverse fixture at Princes Park is on the August Bank Holiday (Monday 31st).

The season ends with Eastbourne Borough the visitors on Saturday, April 30th.

Other games of note include only our second trip to Oxford City on February 13th, the long journey to Truro City the following week (February 20th) while the two games against Kent neighbours Margate take place on September 12th (away) and January 23rd (home).
