Fleet crowds on rise with two to go!

With two home matches of the scheduled league programme remaining, the Fleet’s attendances are already almost 16% up on the last season crowds were allowed into the Kuflink Stadium.

Fleet still have play-off hopefuls Chippenham Town plus previous play-off-final opponents Chelmsford City to come at the Kuflink Stadium as supporters snap up tickets in the battle for third place and a home play-off semi-final. Average attendances this season are 15.83% higher than they were in Fleet’s last National League campaign in 2019/20.

Dennis Kutrieb’s side are on a run of four wins from four and sit high in the current form table and the boss has thanked supporters for the way they’ve been behind his team at home and on the road.

“We boosted the crowds so much at Tonbridge and Concord most recently,” he said, “and at home we are on the increase. It’s really great for the players to run out knowing our supporters are there and there in such healthy numbers. We have two more games over the next two Saturdays so to get even more behind us here would be something really fantastic to go into the play-offs with.”

Fleet supporters at Tonbridge filled out the stand behind the goal and down either side in a four-figure crowd at Longmead

Season-ticket numbers were on the rise also this season following the club’s decision to roll over 2020/21 tickets and to slash the prices for new tickets ahead of our 75th anniversary season – and supporters responded positively with the proof in the pudding of great numbers through the turnstiles. New season-ticket prices will also be made available soon – but first all eyes are on the two big games remaining at the Kuflink Stadium and we want you and your family and friends with us!
