Fleet 6-0 Thamesmead T

Ebbsfleet United’s Academy side kept the pressure on leaders Bromley and Dover Athletic with a slick 6-0 defeat of Thamesmead Town this afternoon.

Shilow Tracey (pictured) celebrated his recent contract deal with the club by grabbing a brace, while Casey Johnson also scored twice. Ben Bowers and Caleb Bearman-Dyce each added to the impressive scoreline.

In sweltering heat, Daryl McMahon’s side put on a great display of passing and attacking football to set them up for their final two home games against Tonbridge and Bromley.

Fleet could still clinch the title depending on results and with a superior goal difference, they have every chance. Leaders Bromley and Dover are also playing each other this afternoon, which could work in Fleet’s favour.
