A lifelong Fleet fan. Watched the boys all around the country during his long life and still watching from above.

John supported Gravesend & Northfleet and Ebbsfleet United for approximately 60 years. He was always quite vocal in his support of the team and enjoyed the banter of the Halfway Liners throughout those decades. Latterly, he always occupied the same disabled seat at the back of the Main Stand. Keith says his father loved his time watching the Fleet and is sorely missed by all who knew him.

Tony‘s family were all Fleet fans and when he gave up playing for Gravesend Hockey Club more than 30 years ago, he became a regular at Stonebridge Road with his family.
Tony rarely missed a Fleet home game and enjoyed some great away trips, especially play-off wins at Farnborough, Aldershot and of course the FA Trophy Final at Wembley. He was a loyal and friendly supporter, a level-headed but careful thinker when it came to all things Fleet and he could always be relied upon to give wise counsel, whether it was to club officials or fellow supporters and friends at the ground.

Gary passed away in May 2020 shortly after celebrating his 65th birthday.
Gary was a true and committed Ebbsfleet United supporter, following the club for almost 60 years! He loved the Fleet passionately and one of my favourite memories is of seeing his happiness and elation at the final whistle of the second leg of the FA Trophy semi-final against Aldershot in 2008. Taken too soon and will be missed on the terraces.

Loving wife of long time Fleet fan Roy, mum of Alan, and nan of Emma & Nathan. Forever in our hearts.

Roy started coming to the Fleet in the early 1950s and had fond memories of teams past and present, especially the days of Jimmy Logie and that title-winning side of 1958. Roy had a season ticket most seasons and since the new stand was built, sat in the second block of seats nearest the Plough End of the main stand where he often enjoyed the company of his friend, Wally.
Alan wrote of his father, “Dad introduced me to the Fleet back in the early 70s and persuaded my son Nathan along as well a few years back by buying his season ticket. Dad was an electrician and worked at Northfleet Power Station amongst others. He was a self-employed contractor and worked on the Bowater roundabout in Gillingham amongst other things.
“Dad was also a good cricketer (primarily a spin bowler) for Castle and came close to playing for Kent but circumstances dictated otherwise.
“RIP Dad – thanks for being the most amazing, caring and supportive father and grandfather anyone could wish for.”
