Fleet defender Phil Starkey moves to Longmead on loan…

Ebbsfleet United defender Phil Starkey is to feature for Tonbridge Angels as part of a month-long loan deal. The former Crystal Palace youth player, who came to Stonebridge Road in the summer following a successful trial, has played twice for the Fleet this season but found chances to cement a place hard to come by.

Tonbridge, managed by former Fleet Southern Division championship-winning skipper Tommy Warrilow, are currently third from bottom in the Ryman Premier League.
