Edser answers England call-up

Toby Edser has become the second Fleet player this season to be called up to the England C squad following Myles Kenlock who turned out for the Three Lions in March.

The Fleet midfielder will be part of the England side lining up against Nepal on Monday May 6th at Aldershot Town’s EBB Stadium. He will join up with a squad (see below) of fellow National League players this weekend. Tickets are available to purchase in advance here.

The Fleet also have three more players named in the contingency squad with Kenlock, Ben Chapman and Dominic Poleon on standby should any of the 16-man squad drop out.

As a football club, we are always proud to see our players gain international recognition and we congratulate all our selected players and wish them the very best on potential international duties in the coming days.
