Christmas community drive at the Fleet

This coming festive season, all of us at the club from staff to players to management would like to give something back to our local community, particularly in the current times when we know many families will be suffering the effects of lockdown and the repercussions surrounding it.

While our temporary shutdown in late November/early December meant we were unable to accept charity parcels and donations, we are now resuming (see below for details) Christmas-gift collections at the Kuflink Stadium reception.

We’d also like to say a huge thanks to our neighbours Sian Formwork who have donated £100 and to all our supporters who have already brought items in for the charity drive.

We will be arranging food drops and gift presentations shortly before Christmas when Dennis Kutrieb and members of the Fleet playing squad will be out and about around Northfleet acting as the club’s very own “Santa’s helpers” to bestow gifts to local causes.

Supporters are welcome to join our Christmas drive and we are now accepting donations of gifts and non-perishable foods at the Kuflink Stadium reception.

If you would like to donate a gift, particularly for a child, we would ask that you wrap it if possible and attach a note detailing the age and gender if applicable that the gift is suitable for so we can target the present appropriately.

If possible, bringing your donations in a small box would also aid us with packaging.

We have a drop-off point available here at the stadium reception every weekday from 10am-5pm. We would be grateful if you could please observe current guidelines and wear a face covering when dropping off.
