Ben Chapman follows in the footsteps of Ken Burrett, Brian Woolfe, Paul Burnham, Jimmy Jackson, Joe Howe, Nathan Ashmore and Mark Cousins as a double winner of the Supporters’ Player of the Year award as he claimed the prize for 2025/26.
The 27-year-old, who has scored nine goals this season to take his club total to 20, added six assists to his name in league competition. He also broke through the 200-game barrier for the Fleet earlier this season and lands the supporters’ award for a second time after winning Player of the Year for the first time in 2021/22.
Chapman added the Players’ Player of the Year Award and the Goal of the Season trophy for his overhead kick against Braintree Town last week as well, to make it a triple haul of prizes.

Other award winners (above) were Jake Hessenthaler (Club Player of the Year), Dominic Samuel (Golden Boot), Olivia Bancroft (Club Player of the Year – Women) and Charlotte Sone (Players’ Player of the Year – Women).
Fleet goalkeeper Gio Bellagambi (below), who has been on the road to recovery from that serious injury he sustained at AFC Totton last year, also received a Fleet Supporters Trust Special Recognition Award to highlight the dedication and personal determination he has shown over the past months.
