Ebbsfleet United Football Club is pleased to announce that Tom Phipp has signed a new one-year contract with the club.
Manager Liam Daish said: ?Tom Phipp graduated from local football and joined the Fleet’s PASE youth set-up. He first signed for the club in 2010 and has featured regularly in the squad ever since. He showed last season that he is prepared to work hard for the team and played on several occasion out of position when injury hit other team members. I am delighted that he is back with us.?
Fleet chairman Jessica McQueen said: ?It’s good news that Tom has once again chosen to sign for Ebbsfleet United FC. His dedication and commitment to the club is very much appreciated by us all.?
In his breakthrough season, Tom contributed 13 goals in 50 appearances and last season played 44 times in all competitions, scoring three goals. Now re-signed with the club, he should break the 100-games barrier for the Fleet in early September.
