Broncos back to Kent here at the Kuflink!

London Broncos will this summer be bringing rugby league back to Kent, and more specifically the Kuflink Stadium, as they spend two weekends at the home of the Fleet.

The BetFred Championship side, who last season entertained Sheffield Eagles and Featherstone Rovers at the Kuflink, will play Newcastle Thunder and French former Super Leaguers Toulouse Olympique.

The matches will take place at 3.00pm on Sunday July 2nd (v Newcastle) and 1.00pm on Saturday July 8th (v Toulouse). The games will be double-headers with the Broncos academy side taking on Newcastle’s academy at 5pm on July 2nd following the main game and Broncos women’s team playing Bristol Gold Ferns (3.30pm) on July 8th after the conclusion of the men’s game against Toulouse.

The Broncos have committed to playing at least one game in Kent each season in a bid to widen interest in the sport to fans in the south-east and their fantastic comeback last season against Sheffield, where they overturned a 28-0 half-time deficit to win 36-28, certainly did no harm in selling the game to Fleet supporters.

Tickets for all of the games are handled by the Broncos on their website here.
