Rakish Bingham added 83 minutes to the tank and the small matter of the winning assist in his second game on the comeback trail yesterday. The 28-year-old, second in the Fleet’s goalscoring charts and in the same position for assists, spoke to us following the win at St Albans yesterday.
“It was devastating to [get injured] at Dorking,” he said, “and you hope you’re not going to be out too long. I stayed positive throughout the whole recovery and got my head down and worked hard. It feels good to be part of the boys again…”
