Following the re-arrangement of the FC Halifax Town fixture to Tuesday, 16th April, it has been agreed that anyone who originally travelled on the day coach on 22nd March or was on the weekend trip to York will travel free of charge.
Any other supporters who wish to make this trip will be charged at half-price, for just £15. Bookings can be made in the usual way at the Trust office. Trust chairman John Burgess urged, “Please support this trip which is being funded by the club in a splendid gesture to those who made that long trip in March.”
The Fleet Supporters’ Trust will also be putting on a coach to the Kent Senior Cup Final at Bromley the following night for all those who wish to show their support for the team. The Trust said they “appreciated that many supporters feel the interests of the club have been poorly served by the timing of this fixture but we would urge you to show that we support our club whatever the circumstances.” The coach to Hayes Lane will leave at 17:30 on Wednesday, 17th April and the cost for adults will be £10 and for U16s £5 – U12 are free. Please book in the usual way at the Fleet Supporters’ Trust office.
Meanwhile, a reminder that the kick-off at Boreham Wood for the last game of the season has been brought forward by the National League to 12:15. This means the coach will now depart at 09:15 and not 12:15 as originall scheduled.
All away travel information is always found on the Fleet Trust website here.
