Arsenal to visit Stonebridge Road

Arsene Wenger is likely to be a visitor to Stonebridge Road on Friday February 21 as the Fleet host the FA Youth Cup 5th Round tie between Charlton Athletic and Arsenal with kick-off at 7.00pm.

Fleet’s General Manager David Archer said, “I think the problems with the pitch at The Valley have been well chronicled and we are very happy to help our near neighbours. Charlton sent down a strong team for a pre-season friendly at the start of this season and have helped us in other ways so we are delighted to reciprocate.

“Admission is priced at £5 adults, £1 for fans aged 60+ and under 18, and gates will open at 6.00pm. Fans should pay on the night at the turnstiles. We will open all our usual bar and catering outlets on the night including the Fleet Lounge and Sponsors’ Lounge and with Ebbsfleet International being just 17 minutes from St Pancras, we are expecting a strong Arsenal turnout and a 2,000+ crowd.

“The main car park will be open on a first-come, first-served basis and the overflow Ebbsfleet International Domestic Station Car Park will also be open.”
