Ebbsfleet United will get an early chance to impress an eager north Kent public having been handed a home tie to kick-off the 2013-14 season – against Havant & Waterlooville on Saturday, August 17. The South Coast side, managed by former Portsmouth and Bournemouth player Lee Bradbury, finished 10th in last season’s Conference South. In our last meetings with the Hawks during 2010-11, the Fleet did the double, winning 2-1 at home and 3-2 away.
And it’s a return to Crabble for some of our new squad immediatelty after that, with the eagerly-awaited clash between Dover and Fleet coming on Tuesday, August 20. The return match at Stonebridge Road falls in the Christmas holiday period, on Saturday, December 28.
Other games of note include Bromley away on Boxing Day and at home on New Year’s Day, Maidenhead at home on Bank Holiday Monday, August 26 and our Easter fixtures at home to Eastbourne (Saturday, April 19) and away at Maidenhead (Easter Monday, April 21). The season also ends at home, with Dorchester Town our final visitors on Saturday, April 26.
Don’t forget the club’s reduced admission this season, just £10 for adults –
and children go free!
