Preview: Hampton & Richmond Borough

The Fleet travel to the Beveree Stadium for the first of successive away fixtures in four days and our 13th trip in all to Hampton.

Three wins, one draw and one defeat is the same record for both sides going into this one. Hampton are heading into this fixture on the back of two wins against Dagenham & Redbridge and Chesham United, having already picked up an impressive three points in a 3-0 win at Dorking. Their only defeat came at Maidstone 10 days ago.

Head to head
The most recent meeting between the Fleet and Hampton came in 2022/23 when Fleet won 2-1 away (pictured below) and 6-2 at home. It’s the 26th meeting in all against Hampton/Hampton & Richmond with the hosts last winning at home in 2021.

Who’s who
Davide Rodari
is the current top goalscorer with three. He joined the club after two seasons at Hastings where he averaged more than a goal every other game. The 26-year-old broke through the ranks in Switzerland before signing for Crawley Town aged 19. He made the switch to Dorking Wanderers and has also played for Dartford and Worthing.

Sam Deadfield – is a midfielder in his third spell at the club. He returned to Hampton following a season with St Albans City and has racked up a total of 140 appearances for the Beavers. During his spells away from the Beveree, the 29-year-old also spent time with Dulwich Hamlet and Basingstoke Town.

The manager
Former goalkeeper Alan Julian took charge of the Beavers in 2024. Throughout his playing career, Julian racked up over 660 appearances for the likes of Brentford, Stevenage, Gillingham, Dartford, Bromley, Sutton, Billericay and Hampton. This is his second season as a manager.

Concession tickets are offered for those aged 65+, students in full time education; serving members of the emergency services; NHS staff and Blue Badge holders. (ID maybe requested when using your season ticket.)

To be eligible for the ‘Carer Ticket’ you must bring relevant proof that you are in receipt of a middle to high-rate disability living allowance, or enhanced rate personal independence payment.

Disabled supporters should currently be in receipt of either the Higher/Medium rate Mobility or Higher Care components of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or enhanced rate on personal independence payment.

Disabled Supporters will also need to submit copies of the DLA or PIP.

You will receive a digital version of your ticket which you can keep in a digital wallet of your choice, which will be scanned on admission.
