Bar & Events Manager
Location: Kuflink Stadium, Northfleet, Kent (with responsibilities across two venues)

About Us:
Ebbsfleet United is more than just a football club; we’re a community hub that hosts a variety of events, from matchdays to private functions. We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar & Events Manager to oversee our bar operations and event execution across our two venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and schedule bar and event staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, order supplies, and conduct regular reconciliations to minimise waste and control costs.
• Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage Profit & Loss statements, monitor budgets, and implement strategies to maximise profitability.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, including matchdays and private functions, ensuring seamless setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
• Venue Presentation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all bar and event areas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bar and event management, preferably within a sports or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
