Ebbsfleet United assistant manager David Kerslake has wide-ranging experience as both a player in the Premier League and a successful coach and assistant manager working with well-known managers at all levels.

He played under Glenn Hoddle and Ossie Ardiles at Swindon Town, winning promotion to the first ever Premier League, moving on to Tottenham for a fee in 1993. In his coaching career he has won promotions with Northampton Town and Nottingham Forest and served Watford, Cardiff City, Gillingham, Lincoln City and most recently Blackpool with distinction in a long and successful career.
