Ebbsfleet United wish Darren McQueen all the very best following confirmation of his move to Vanarama National League South newcomers Hornchurch.

McQueen completed a second spell at the Kuflink Stadium this summer having earned two promotions with the club, the first in 2017/18 followed by the South title in 2022/23. The 29-year-old played 149 games in total for the Fleet across his two stays, scoring 37 times.

His final appearance for the club came in the DFDS Kent Senior Cup Final in April.
