THREE FLEET PLAYERS ARE CALLED INTO THE ENGLAND C SQUAD…

Ebbsfleet United striker Luke Moore has been called up for England C duty by manager Paul Fairclough for the first time. He joins established England stars Lance Cronin and James Smith in the 16-man squad that will take on Bosnia in a friendly in Sarajevo on Tuesday 16 September. The friendly is intended as a warm-up for the Group A decider against Italy, part of England’s International Challenge Trophy campaign.

The Bosnians will be fielding a strong side made up of players bridging the gap between their Under 21 and senior team.

The FLeet are the only side to have three players represented in the squad. Moreover, midfielder Stacy Long and striker John Akinde are part of the 11-man contingency squad, as is last season’s Trophy winner Michael Bostwick, now at Stevenage.
