Ebbsfleet United signed left-back Andre Blackman minutes before the registration deadline on Tuesday afternoon after the 28-year-old left Southend United.
Blackman, who played a handful games for Celtic in the SPL in 2011, is a Londoner who came through the youth ranks at Arsenal, Tottenham and Portsmouth before signing professionally for Bristol City.
He played in the Conference with AFC Wimbledon and had spells with Inverness Caledonian Thistle, Plymouth Argyle, Dover Athletic and Maidenhead United. He returned to League football with Blackpool in 2014, also playing in Morocco with MAS Fez, then Crawley Town, Barnet and earlier this season Southend.
He is the third player in the door in the past week with Josh Payne added on loan from Crawley together with free agent Tomi Adeloye who played for Dagenham & Redbridge last season and was on trial with the Fleet in the summer.
