Ebbsfleet United are delighted to announce that our new principal club sponsor will be Kuflink following the signing of an agreement earlier today.
The Kuflink brand, already well-known to Fleet supporters through the company’s stadium naming rights partnership, will now extend to our shirts, with the Gravesend-based company taking over from Mitsubishi Electric.
The Kuflink logo will adorn both the new home and away Hummel shirts which will be formally launched at our first home friendly (Saturday, 13th July v Tottenham Hotspur). A sneak preview of the home shirt is visible above and it is available now for pre-order.
Ebbsfleet United managing director Dave Archer said, “This is the most important off-field deal at the club this summer and I am truly delighted we have reached agreement with an enthusiastic partner that wishes to actively extend its involvement in the community, in our local area and in particular with our football club.
“We already enjoy a fantastic relationship with Kuflink and this new sponsorship arrangement will hopefully build ever closer ties between us as we work together on a number of initiatives. I am thrilled that Kuflink want to be part of Ebbsfleet United’s future and I thank [Kuflink chief executive] Narinder Khattoare for the support he and his staff have given us in closing this deal.
“I’d also like to go on record to thank Steve Fleming and Mitsubishi Electric for their wonderful backing over the last five years of our previous sponsorship agreement. Steve has become a great friend to myself and the club and I hope he won’t be a stranger to the Kuflink Stadium in the coming season and beyond.”
Kuflink CEO Narinder Khattoare commented on the partnership, “There is a massive amount of talent in our local area and although Kuflink has grown into an internationally successful firm, recognising and supporting that talent is still firmly at the heart of our values. Our shirt sponsorship deal comes at an exciting time for Ebbsfleet where the future looks full of potential, and in the middle of a record year for our firm, and we look forward to helping one another continue that success in the future”.
Kuflink is a peer-to-peer investment platform which first partnered with the club almost two years ago. The company, with offices in West Street, also sponsors Gravesend Rugby Club and a number of junior sports teams as part of a wide-ranging local community engagement programme.
