Free-thinking Fleet throw open the doors

Ebbsfleet United are making their final home game against Dorchester Town a free-admission game. As a sign of gratitude to fans for their backing throughout the season – and a show of support to Steve Brown’s squad as they push for the play-offs – Fleet are hoping for a bumper crowd to sign off the 2013-14 league campaign.

The club’s final Skrill South match of the season before any potential play-offs takes place at Stonebridge Road on Saturday April 26, kick-off at 3pm, and it will cost fans absolutely nothing to get in.

Gates will open from 12 noon and there will be a special appearance by world-renowned tenor Martin Toal and Neil Diamond tribute act Daryll King.

This will be the club’s first free-admission fixture since 2009’s FA Trophy game against Swindon Supermarine when townspeople responded in their thousands to the initiative.

** Please note that early arrival is advised as admission will be denied should total capacity of the stadium be reached. **
