Ebbsfleet United is pleased to announce the renewal of its successful partnership with WJ King, one of the largest dealer groups in the south east and Kent who operate six franchises from 12 locations.
WJ King became the Fleet’s ‘Official Vehicle Dealership’ at the start of last season and this saw the club take delivery of a brand new Vauxhall Combo Van from Darren Goodman (pictured), Vauxhall Sales Manager at WJ King’s Gravesend branch.
Dave Archer, General Manager of Ebbsfleet United said, “We really appreciate the excellent support we receive from Jeff Conway, Darren and their colleagues at WJ King and we look forward to developing the relationship even further over the course of the new season.”
Jeff Conway, Group Sales Manager of WJ King said, “We were extremely impressed by how the club performed last season and by the ambition and enthusiasm shown by the Ebbsfleet United board. We are delighted to have reached agreement with the club to continue our successful relationship and are very much looking forward to the new season.”
Jeff continued, “We of course hope that when supporters of the Fleet are next making their choice of a new or used car they will call into our Gravesend showroom. They’ll be made very welcome by Darren and his team.”
And finally, Fleet’s vice chairman Peter Varney hinted at an element of envy from other clubs when the EUFC-branded Vauxhall Combo arrives at away grounds. “Our branded van is a talking point at the grounds we go to as most other kit men want one! The relationship with WJ King has worked brilliantly for us and we can’t thank Jeff and Darren enough.”
