Ebbsfleet United FC believes, as the 1990 Taylor Report recommends, that facilities for disabled supporters should be an integral part of stadium development, not an optional extra. Although Stonebridge Road is an old ground, the club has developed facilities for disabled fans and will continue to ensure that these are improved in line with all recommendations and legislation. The club is keen to receive any feedback from our fans and would welcome any suggestions following your visits to Stonebridge Road. Please forward any comments to: Disabled Officer, Bob Gunton, on 01474 533796 or email the club

The club recognises that not all of its facilities are fully accessible to disabled fans and confirms that it is committed to making necessary reasonable adjustments to make the Stonebridge Road experience a memorable and enjoyable one for all fans.
The club is committed to ensuring a good view and choice of location where possible and where safety permits for all disabled fans, together with an ability to sit with friends/carers and fellow supporters under cover from the elements. We will also where possible and where prior arrangement has been made, help disabled fans with ticket purchase and car parking. We will also endeavour to help with any special arrangements that may be needed for entrance to the ground or access to any of the club’s facilities. Please contact Cheryl at the club office on 01474 533796 or email her

Disabled Facilities
Any visiting disabled fans are requested to contact us at least 24 hours prior to the match so that arrangements can be made to make sure their visit – and that of their carer’s if applicable – is an enjoyable one. Wheelchair users will pay the entrance cost appropriate to their age/status and if the attendance of a carer is required, the carer will be admitted free of charge. Disabled Spaces
The club has six spaces for wheelchair users together with an adjacent seat for a carer if required. This area is located in front of the Main Stand on ground level and is approximately midway from the 18-yard area and the halfway line at the car park end of the stadium (Swanscombe End). The Stand roof provides limited cover but we recommend that suitable clothing be worn in inclement weather. Segregation does not apply in this area of the stadium.
Disabled Toilets
A disabled toilet is located to the rear of the main stand. This is approximately 50 metres from the disabled area.
Disabled Pricing
The entrance cost for disabled fans is charged appropriate to the standard entrance fee for their age/status. If a carer is required, then the carer will be admitted free of charge.
Stand: Adults - £13, Concessions - £7.
Visually Impaired
No specific allocation but the club makes arrangements as necessary with helpers seated adjacent. BBC Radio Kent (96.7FM) covers reports on the game.
Hearing Impaired
No specific arrangements in place at present.
Ambulant Disabled
No specific allocation but supporters would be seated in the Main Stand for ease of access. Segregation does not apply in this area of the stadium.
Catering and Programmes
Access to catering outlets varies from match to match and not all outlets are wheelchair accessible. We do however allocate a member of our matchday staff to take care of any requirements that may be necessary. Matchday programmes are available directly upon entry to the stadium.
Car Parking
Ebbsfleet United have a limited number of car-parking spaces so prior arrangement should be made at least 24 hours prior to the match. The car park is approximately 100 metres from the disabled area and approximately 200 metres from the club bar. The surface of the car park is a mix of tarmac and loose gravel. If special parking arrangements are required please contact the club office on 01474 533796 or email Cheryl
