Make money for the Fleet

There are various fundraising schemes under way at the club and MyFC with the aim of boosting the playing budget in these difficult times. Please see below to see how you can help the club's income, many of them without donating a penny of your own money!

Fleet Lottery
In association with Goalden Gate Lottery, the Fleet Lotto aims to help the club with the improvement of the ground via purchase of lottery tickets. Entries cost £1 per week per entry. Each member receives 10 unique numbers per entry which will be entered weekly into the draw. For further details call 07729  263977 and for a list of weekly winners, click [ HERE ]. You can enter the Fleet lottery by downloading the PDF form [ HERE ]

EASY FUNDRAISING WEBSITE
This website has over 600 retailers that MyFC members and club supporters can use to raise funds for the club just by purchasing goods online as you do every day of the week. Furthermore, the site has a number of special offers whereby members and supporters can apply for free items and the club will receive a donation. For example, if someone wants to order a sim card from Tesco Mobile, the club will receive £0.60 in a donation. If someone wants to avail of a 14-day free trial with Lovefilm then the club will receive a donation of £8.00. Alliance and Leicester will donate £25.00 to the club if you open a current account with the bank and £0.60 if you place a free advert on EasyRoommate.com. The club will earn a £4.00 donation for every member who registers and uses eBay. There are many retailers offering donations for signing up to free newsletters etc and if the 9,500 members of MyFC were to sign-up for just three different offers the club would get anything from £10,000-£100,000 in donations.

There are also significant other donations available to the club from using a wide variety of retailers providing donations from 1%-10% to specific sums of money up to £35 for purchasing items through the website.

We feel that this website offers an opportunity to raise significant funds for the club and we would encourage all members to register if they want to purchase goods online or feel that they could benefit from signing-up to the free offers.

So what do you do:
1. You have to register with easyfundraising and you have to name Ebbsfleet United as the cause you want to support. You can do that here http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/Register/?char=22151
2. When you have registered you can browse through the various offers and retailers here http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/

You will have to make sure that you login to the site before you request or purchase any offers.

EASYSEARCH SEARCH ENGINE
Using an internet search engine called Easysearch instead of Google, etc, will also raise cash for the Fleet. Each internet search carried out using Easysearch generates approximately 0.55p for the club. There is no limit on the number of searches that you can carry out and it is a general search engine rather than a search engine for products for sale on the internet. In order to use Easysearch and benefit the club you will need to have registered and logged in to Easyfundraising and use this page: http://ebbsfleetufc.easysearch.org.uk/

We suggest that you add this page to your favourites and use it when searching the internet (and remember to login if necessary). Think how many searches you do daily; now think that if every one you did made money for the club, multiplied by thousands of MyFC members and fans...

UTILITY WAREHOUSE FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN
Utility Warehouse provides utility services to the general public in gas, electricity, home phone, mobile phone and broadband services. Ebbsfleet United will benefit to the tune of up to 5% commission on the monthly bill of every member who switches to use this service. Fuller details are outlined below.

A number of different football clubs are involved in this scheme including Preston North End, Exeter City and Luton Town. So how do you do this? Well, this is the Ebbsfleet United page on Utility Warehouse: https://www.utilitywarehouse.co.uk/home/index.taf?exref=C12730

Please visit this website and then review the services provided by Utility Warehouse and the benefits to EUFC.

Please note: It is the responsibility of each person taking up this offer to ensure that they investigate the advantages and disadvantages of transferring from their existing utility providers.’

How Much can Ebbsfleet United make in commission fees?
It has been suggested that we take an average bill at £160 a month with an average of 2.5% commission. The club will receive £4.00 for each bill
100 people signing up would generate £400 per month or £4,800 per year
200 people signing up would generate £800 per month or £9,600 per year
300 people signing up would generate £1200 per month or £14,400 per year
400 people signing up would generate £1600 per month or £19,200 per year
500 people signing up would generate £2000 per month or £24,000 per year.
1000 people signing up would generate £4000 per month or £48,000 per year

We would also get
£5 for each sign-up - 500 people @£5 = £2,500
£25 starter bonus - 12 people @£25 = £300
£25 membership fee refund = £25

Total = £2,825
